Overview of Football Packages

Tiger’s Trail RV Resort is excited to offer exclusive Football Season Packages covering Friday, August 29, 2025, through Sunday, November 30, 2025. These packages are the only way to guarantee your specific site request pre-season.

Key Package Details

Non-Refundable Deposits: Packages require a non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance becomes non-refundable once payments are made, as sites are held specifically for you.
Installment Plan: An installment plan is available, with details listed on the online reservation form. For any questions, please contact the manager.
Amenities Included: All packages include access to resort amenities.
Occupancy Guidelines:
- Maximum of 4 guests per site; additional guests are $15 per day.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site (not counting the RV).
- Maximum of 4 pets per site; no aggressive breeds, and pets must be leashed at all times.

2025 Football Season Rates

Full Season Packages (Friday, August 29, 2025 – Sunday, November 30, 2025):

Standard Sites:
- $500 deposit and $250/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $3,000.
Waterfront Sites:
- $500 deposit and $300/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $3,500.

Home Game Weekend Packages:

Standard Sites:
- $400 deposit and $160/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $2,000.
Cottage (No Loft):
- $500 deposit and $260/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $3,100.
Cottage (Loft):
- $500 deposit and $270/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $3,200.
Cottage (Waterfront, Loft):
- $600 deposit and $270/month (December 2024 – September 2025) OR
- One-time payment of $3,300.
