Terms and conditions

RV site check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Cottage check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will be considered, pending availability.

We want all guests to be able to relax and enjoy their stay, while being mindful of others at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During this time, please respect others and and refrain from noisy activities.

The maximum number of guests allowed per RV is 6. The maximum number of guests allowed per cottage with no loft is 4, and cottage with a loft is 6.

Campfires and barbequing are a part of the camping experience. Guests are welcome to grill or have fires in the on-site fire pits or other resort designated areas. Prior to starting a fire, be sure to check for local burn bans. All fires must be under control, of reasonable size, monitored at all times, and properly extinguished.

ll guests of Tiger’s Trail RV Resort are required to wear the provided wrist bands at all times. If a wrist band is lost, please see the front desk in the clubhouse for a replacement.

While on the property we ask all guests to maintain a speed of 7 MPH. We ask guests to only bring one automobile per site. If guests have additional vehicles, please call management prior to your stay to ensure parking arrangements. Please do not park in the road. All ATV/UTV-type vehicles are prohibited. Personal golf carts must be insured. Personal and rented golf carts must be driven by guests 18 years and older. Please return all rented golf carts and golf cart keys to the concierge at the clubhouse by the designated check-out time.

Bicycles and scooters are required to have lights at night. All low-riding toys must have a flag of at least 8 feet tall when riding in the resort.

The swimming pool and lazy river available for registered guests of Tiger’s Trail RV Resort during the posted hours of operation. There is no lifeguard on duty – guests must swim at their own risk. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that guest wear proper swim attire (no jeans, street clothes, etc.). Children must swim in diapers if not trained. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Wristbands are required in the swimming pool and lazy river areas at all times.

While on property, guests have access to a pond. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should abide by signs. The pond water is not suitable for swimming. There is no lifeguard on duty for guests who rent water rentals and guests must proceed with caution. Guests under the age of 15 years old are required to have an adult with them when enjoying water rentals.

Only alcohol purchases at the Tiger’s Trail RV Resort bar may be consumed in swimming pool and lazy river areas. Children are not permitted to sit at the bar. A gratuity of 18% will be added to any bar tabs that are not closed.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Hours are subject to change.

Smoking of cigarettes, vapes, e cigs, and any other tobacco-related products are prohibited inside facilities, cottages, or common areas. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside of the clubhouse.

We want all members of the family to be part of your vacation, even the furry ones! We love and welcome well-mannered dogs 45 lbs. or less to our property. No more than 2 pets per rental. We require that pets are healthy, not ill (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea) or carrying any susceptible diseases or illnesses and are up to date on vaccines. Dogs must remain on a leash and in control by the owner outside of cottages, and RV sites. Dogs should not be loud or disruptive and should never be left unattended. Pets are not permitted at the swimming pool or lazy river areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet as well as any property damage caused by their dog. Trained service dogs are welcomed to the property and are not subject to policies and restrictions. Any aggressive pets will be asked to leave. Guests with pets in rental cottages will incur a pet cleaning fee. Any additional cleaning or repairs required on cottage rentals beyond the standard fee will be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.

All sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections must be tight. Any discharge of wastewater onto the ground is prohibited.

Guests are responsible for the actions of their party, including visitors and children. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark. Guest or visitors may be asked to leave if intoxicated/under the influence, using profanity, or exhibiting rowdy or violent behavior. ATVs, motorbikes, and fireworks are not allowed in the resort. Only legally licensed firearms are permitted on site.

Cancellations occurring 14 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing, by email, to info@tigerstrailrvresort.com. Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds. Special requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are at the discretion of the resort.

Guests staying at Tiger’s Trail RV Resort take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. Tiger’s Trail RV Resort takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that Guests security lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposit or other bonds paid are refunded to Guests, provided the keys and/or hired items are returned in the same condition upon check out. By signing the Terms and Conditions/Policies, I/we understand and agree to these conditions and the Rules of Stay.

Tiger’s Trail RV Resort is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. Tiger’s Trail RV Resort, its owners, and its management absolves itself from any and all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, Acts of God, property damage, accident, or any other cause.
