Golf Carts
Gas and electric golf carts are welcome. Long-term guests may bring one golf cart per site for $30/month, with proof of insurance required. Gas carts cannot be operated during quiet hours.

Need storage for a trailer, ATV, etc? We have storage for $50/month.
Pets
Furry friends are welcome at Tiger’s Trail! Guests may have up to 2 pets per site. We have two dog parks for their enjoyment. Pet fencing is allowed at your site.
Monthly RV Site ($800/month*)
We’ve designed our pricing to provide flexibility and value throughout the year. Our current rate is $800/month and includes utilities (water, electricity, sewer). It also includes WiFi.
NEW: Stay for the Season and Save More ($650/month*)
Introducing our new Snowbird Package! Now you can stay from December 2025 through March 2026, for $650/month. This rate includes water, electricity, sewer and WiFi. You must commit to the full four months to receive the discount.
NEW: Annual RV Site – Spend a Year in Baton Rouge ($6250/year*+)
Whether working in the area or visiting long-term, we welcome you to join our friendly community with a year-long stay in Baton Rouge. For just $6250, your RV site includes water, sewer, electricity and WiFi. Most resorts charge separately for electricity, but ours is included!
